Sabrina Dent’s experience of queuing for an hour to check-in, check-out and have parking validated at the Radisson hotel makes me wonder why you cannot check-in/out online. Or via an automated system in the hotel. Most of the time they have your payment details, they don’t need to attend to you personally.

  1. A fried was telling me a few weeks ago he stayed at a hotel in Copenhagen which had exactly that, an automated check-in desk. There was an attendee at the other side of the foyer if required. Can’t recall the name of the hote šŸ˜¦
