Interesting that CitySearch is allowed to programmatically create Twitter accounts. Is this a first test for Twitter of API account creation? This would be a great and powerful feature for the Twitter API. Spam problems but also potential to slice and dice the web in real-time.

Google Living Stories is an interesting implementation of an oft-touted idea. Best explained with an example like The War in Afghanistan which shows a history of news articles that together present a cohesive story. This is where online and digital displays beat print with ease; space. Online has a lot more space for a story than print. You can provide all the back-story the user wants online while print is focused on just the current, latest development.
