The Optoma Pico Projector is a cell-phone sized projector. Plug it into your iPhone, iPod, laptop, camera etc. and it will give you a wall projection. Awesome. Christmas here I come!

Juice is a handy research extension to Firefox. Highlight a word, drag it slightly and Juice fires up a sidebar filled with info on the highlighted text. The drag idea is pretty good but it can be error prone and I’d prefer a keyboard shortcut.

Bank Of Ireland lost some customer data stored on USB memory sticks. The Irish Data Commissioner’s advice is “all USB ports on the bank’s computers [to] be sealed.” I feel stupider just for having read that. If a dam was leaking they’d probably recommend taking out all the water. God help us if this is the advice of data security professionals.
