One comment I have on this Google creating an AI thing is that we focus too much on human intelligence as the template for AI. AI could be, and probably will be, very different from a talking, thinking human brain. A sea of linked information from which intelligence emerges.

Skydeck, part-owned by an Irishman, only works with US cell carriers today while still in testing.

I look forward to it supporting more countries. I only found out it was US only once I had registered and tried to add a phone account.
